1. Fluffy slime

    Add 1 cup shaving foam

    Fold it into the glue before the activator. Light and soft as a cloud.

  2. Glitter slime

    1 tbsp glitter per batch

    Clear glue shows it off best. Stir it in before the activator.

  3. Bring it back

    A few drops of warm water

    Knead it in when slime gets stiff. Too sticky? Add one more drop of contact lens solution.

Steps

  1. 1Pour the glue into a bowl. Stir in a few drops of food coloring or a spoonful of glitter, if you like.
  2. 2Stir in the baking soda until it disappears.
  3. 3Add the contact lens solution a little at a time, stirring, until the slime starts to pull away from the bowl.
  4. 4Knead it with your hands until it's smooth and stretchy. Wash hands afterward, and keep the slime in a tub with a lid.

  • Non-toxic, with an age guide

    Check that the label says non-toxic, and look at the age it's made for. Small mix-ins aren't for toddlers.

  • Clear, fluffy or crunchy

    Clear glue makes glassy slime, shaving foam makes it fluffy, and foam beads make it crunchy.

  • Keep it airtight

    Slime dries out in the air. A tub with a tight lid keeps it soft.
