Steps

  1. 1Hang the eucalyptus from the shower head, out of the stream, and run the water warm, not hot, so the room fills with steam.
  2. 2Wet your skin, then work the body wash into a lather with your hands.
  3. 3Slip on the mitt and move it over your skin in small circles, gently on dry spots. Skip it on broken, sore or sunburned skin.
  4. 4Rinse well, pat dry, and smooth on lotion while your skin is still a little damp.
  • Gel, cream or oil

Gel foams up and feels fresh. Cream is softer. Shower oil turns milky in water and suits very dry skin.

  • Fragrance-free for sensitive skin

Scent is a common cause of irritation. If your skin reacts, look for fragrance-free, which isn't always the same as unscented.

  • A pump and a refill

A pump bottle is easier in the shower. Refill pouches cost less and cut down on plastic.
