1. Serve it cold

About 2 hours in the fridge

50 to 55°F is right. Any colder and you lose the fruit.

  2. Rosé spritz

    2 parts rosé + 1 part soda

Over ice with a strawberry. More soda for a lighter glass.

  3. Pair it

Rosé + salmon, salad or pizza

When in doubt, pink goes with almost anything on the table.

  • Color isn't sweetness

A pale rosé can be fruity and a darker one can be bone dry. Look for "dry", or "brut" on sparkling.

  • The newest year

Rosé is best within a year or two, so buy the most recent vintage.

  • Names on the label

Provence in France is known for pale, dry rosé. In Spain it's called rosado, in Italy rosato.
